Catholic private school, Mount de Sales Academy located in Macon, Georgia is proud to announce two of their senior student-athletes will sign with colleges of choice on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

Talia Fonseca will sign with the University of California Berkeley for Water Polo and Bricen Smith will sign with the University of Missouri for Baseball.

Athletic Director Kenny Epps states, "This is the highest profile signing day in recent Mount de Sales Academy history, with two students committing to Power Five Division I schools. Both student-athletes have worked incredibly hard and sacrificed a great deal to achieve this accomplishment. Both Talia and Bricen embody that phrase and our holistic approach to education. We will honor them for the amazing athletic accomplishments that they have attained while thriving in the classroom despite their rigorous course load of college prep, honors, and Advanced Placement courses. They both boast a 3.9 GPA."

We will honor these two students on Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM on campus in the Zuver Auditorium located at Mount de Sales Academy.
