Macon-Bibb Commissioners Approve $1M for Jail Improvements

A million dollar request was made by Bibb County Sheriff David Davis, and approved by the Macon-Bibb County Board of Commissioners to improve jail conditions.
The request comes after four inmates escaped from the Bibb County Jail on October 16, along with potential issues within the jail raised by the Sheriff.
