TrainingPros Wins Silver Award in 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for Leadership Development

TrainingPros has won a silver Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) award for excellence in the Best Advance in Senior Manager Development category. Working with Synovus Bank, TrainingPros helped develop an on-demand program as a learning tool for the company’s leaders.

We celebrate its winning results, which were created in partnership with our consultant Michael Lazo.”
TrainingPros helped design an on-demand customized Synovus program, The Catalyst Program, a senior leadership development program that focuses on nine transformational leadership capabilities. The objective of the program is to provide senior leaders with the capabilities that lead to transformational results. This senior leader learning experience offers digital assets for development, e-learning, skill builders, assessments and virtual scholar-led workshops. The program generates industry-leading Net Promoter Scores and promotes behavior change throughout class assignments and ongoing engagement.

This year’s award entries were evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on these criteria: fit for the needs, program design, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
