The Fire Department is celebrating the graduation of 14 of its newest firefighters on Friday, October 27 at 1:00 p.m. The graduation ceremony will be held at Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Building H -Auditorium (3300 Macon Tech Drive) and will live streamed on the Fire Department’s Facebook page.   “We are excited to announce the next outstanding group of fire recruits who will be serving our community with the utmost dignity, pride, and dedication,” says Fire Chief Shane Edwards.   This is the second class of recruits to go through intensive training at our newest Fire Training Complex.   The graduation ceremony will feature a presentation of colors, National Anthem, invocation, and multiple speakers.
