Macon Arts Alliance Presents the Macon Mural Festival

September 6, 2023 – Macon Arts Alliance brings the Macon Mural Festival to the downtown area. The festival's goal is to brand Macon as a vibrant, creative destination and instill community pride through mural art. Five artists from across the country will be featured, helping businesses share their unique story.

"We have a community that embraces the arts and you can see it on the walls of our buildings," said Macon Arts Alliance Project Director Bo Walker. "Not only do we produce creative, talented artists, we embrace the work that they do."
The festival will begin Friday, September 8, 2023 and end on Sunday, September 10, 2023. On Saturday, September 9, 2023, a celebration will be held at Triangle Arts Macon beginning at 6:30 pm. The celebration is free and open to the public with a VIP area reserved for Macon Arts Alliance members and event sponsors.
