Centerville Council Approves Tax Hike to Bolster Emergency Services and First Responder Salaries

Centerville City Council members approved a plan Tuesday night that will raise property values, and thus, increase taxes for citizens in 2024.
The plan, which passed the council in a four-to-one vote, only adopts increased property evaluations while keeping the current millage rate.
