M&R Marketing, based in Macon, GA, is hiring for the full-time, in-house position of Project Manager. This position is available immediately.

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting a Business Development Manager in handling client accounts and ensuring projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.

The ideal applicant should be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and others-focused. In addition to strong interpersonal skills, the ideal applicant should possess a high level of understanding in marketing, strategy, project management best practices, and general business.

The Project Manager responsibilities include:
• Manage the projects that have been sold by the Business Development Managers
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients
• Prepare for and attend meetings and phone calls with clients
• Coordinate with vendors in order to quote and fulfill services
• Assist in preparing estimates and change orders
• Help communicate project goals to M&R’s internal production team
• Provide market research and reporting
