M&R Marketing is hiring for the full-time, in-house position of Senior Digital Strategist. This position is available immediately.

The Senior Digital Strategist is an expert in digital marketing platforms and is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic direction of the Digital Department. This includes providing the following:

- Digital service recommendations
- Digital advertising strategies & implementation
- Detailed campaign analysis & reporting

It also includes providing leadership, quality control, and training for our highly qualified digital team, researching and successfully launching new service opportunities, improving current service offerings, and staying up to date with digital advertising trends.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-managed, accustomed to arriving at solutions that lack a clear answer at the outset, embraces challenge and change, and leads others toward successful outcomes.
