Houston County School District Leaders Receive Awards

Three Houston County School District leaders were recently recognized at the annual Georgia Association of Elementary School Principals and the Georgia Association of Middle School Principals Conference in St. Simons.
Dr. Alma Mundy, Assistant Principal of Instruction at Northside Middle School, was the recipient of the Hal Beaver Georgia Outstanding Assistant Principal Award.
Dr. Walter Stephens, Executive Director for School Operations, received the Reid Mullins Service Award for his dedication to middle level education.
Dr. Brett Wallace, Principal of Warner Robins Middle School, was presented with the Jerry Davis Georgia Distinguished Principal Award. Houston County School District has the most recipients of the Jerry Davis Award – four in total.
