MVP Partner, One World Link powered by AmeriCorps Georgia, has partnered with North Central Health District, Atrium Health, First Choice Primary and others in order to recruit new members to provide support and outreach to public health organizations, while also recruiting, training, and developing a new generation of public health leaders who are ready to respond to public health needs and provide public health services in the Central Georgia region. 

Throughout the program members will participate in several public health trainings and earn credentials, including First Aid/CPR/BB/AED Certification. In addition to earning credentials, members receive up to $2,000 per month, in addition to a $6,495 education award upon completion, access to member health care, Assistance Program, and childcare subsidy (if qualified).

“One World Link aims to encourage systemic change throughout the state by training, promoting and using local talent," says Nancy Cleveland, Assistant Program Director for Atlanta-based nonprofit One World Link. "This expansion highlights the work we have accomplished and provides more incentive to our members to further our mission."
