Thursday, June 9th, 2022
The Pedestrian Safety Review Board (PSRB) is urging the community to take literal steps toward safer streets. There will be a news conference at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2022, in Commission Chambers at City Hall (700 Poplar Street) to announce another effort to engage people in making our roads safer.
Media members are invited to attend and the news conference will be live-streamed on the PSRB Facebook page.
PSRB Board Chair Greg Brown, District 3 Commissioner Elaine Lucas, Mayor Lester Miller, and others will speak at the event on the importance of pedestrian safety and how vital it is we have people’s input on how it can be improved.
