Celebrate Macon Car Free Day on Friday, May 20th

Bike Walk Macon, a nonprofit working to create a more bikeable, walkable Macon-Bibb County,
hosts Macon Car Free Day each year in May to encourage Maconites to give up their car for one day and commute by biking, walking, or taking transit. This day highlights the many benefits of using alternative transportation - including reducing air pollution, saving money, and improving mental and physical
health.
