The show at Macon Arts Gallery will open with a First Friday reception and book signing on April 1st, from 4 – 7 pm. Free and open to the public.

Stephanie J. Woods talks about storytelling, art, and her work, "Nine Years of Detangled Afro Hair"
Her work is featured in the permanent collection at the Virginia Museum of Fine Art in Richmond, VA. She has also exhibited at Smack Mellon and at Tiger Strikes Asteroid, both in Brooklyn, NY.
