James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Macon, Atlanta,  and Athens announces the addition of wealth planning analyst Kiely Donaldson to the firm’s Tax and  Wealth Planning practice group.  

Kiely advises clients in estate and wealth transition planning issues including estate tax, asset protection,  estate administration, compliance reporting, corporate and partnership structures, and IRS  examinations and negotiating. Prior to joining James-Bates-Brannan-Groover–LLP, Kiely gained  significant experience in tax, accounting, financial analysis, and wealth planning, working in both public  accounting and in industry. 

Kiely is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Georgia. She also holds an MBA from Ball  State University and a BBA in finance from Georgia State University.
