The Houston County Board of Education has approved meeting dates and locations for calendar year 2022.  The Board will continue to meet regularly twice a month, with additional meetings called as needed.  The purpose of the meetings is to discuss any lawful business that should come before the Board.

The Board plans to meet the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of July and October.  Meetings begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Eric P. Staples Building, located at 1100 Main Street in Perry.  Work sessions are held on the Monday evening prior to scheduled Board meetings, unless that day is a holiday or in the event of a conflict such as a conference.  The work sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held at either a school or the central office.
