Houston County School District to Provide Free School Supplies to All Students at Title I school for 2021-2022 School Year

The Houston County School District will provide free school supplies to all students attending a Title I school during the 2021-2022 school year.  The funding is made possible through the federal CARES Act.

The list of Title I schools includes:

  • C.B. Watson Primary School

  • Centerville Elementary School

  • Eagle Springs Elementary School

  • Houston County WIN Academy

  • Huntington Middle School

  • Lindsey Elementary School

  • Miller Elementary School

  • Morningside Elementary School

  • Northside Elementary School

  • Northside High School

  • Northside Middle School

  • Parkwood Elementary School

  • Pearl Stephens Elementary School

  • Perry Middle School

  • Russell Elementary School

  • Shirley Hills Elementary School

  • Thomson Middle School

  • Tucker Elementary School

  • Warner Robins Middle School

  • Warner  Robins High School

  • Westside Elementary School

Students will need to provide a backpack.  The school will notify parents if any additional supplies will be needed that are not covered by the CARES Act funding. 

In addition, Houston County Family Connection will host the twelfth annual Back to School Bash for Houston County students on July 23 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at C.B. Watson Primary School, Centerville Elementary School, and Perry High School. This event will give away free backpacks filled with school supplies, while supplies last.  The Back to School Bash will also provide free lunch at all locations. Children must be present.
