Bibb County School District in partnership with Afterschool Alliance and Central Georgia Technical College Adult Education Division will host the 2021 Drive-Thru Summer Academic and Resource Fair on Wednesday, May 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Central Georgia Technical College, located at 3000 Macon Tech Drive, K Building. Parents and students are invited to join and learn about different summer camps, community programs and services geared toward students who are 4 to 18 years old.

A variety of summer opportunities will be featured from museums, arts, music and faith-based camps. Summer enrichment can extend a child’s learning and build self-confidence. CGTC and BCSD representatives will be present to provide information about their programs and services along with more than 20 community organizations. Parents can take this opportunity to hear about the different activities that are going on this summer and receive a free summer learning book and one box of food per family, while supplies last.

Patrons must remain in their cars, and social distancing will be observed. An interpreter also will be available. For more information about the 2021 Drive-Thru Summer Academic and Resource Fair, please contact the Bibb County School District Family Engagement Program at (478) 779-2587.
