As part of Atrium Health Navicent’s commitment to the communities we serve, the health system stands ready to provide COVID-19 vaccination services beginning Monday to the newly expanded group of Georgians eligible to receive a vaccine as part of the state’s priority distribution plan.
The new group includes those aged 55 and older, and individuals with disabilities and certain medical conditions. For a complete list of health conditions that qualify for vaccination, visit https://dph.georgia.gov/covid-vaccine.
“Atrium Health Navicent is committed to help slow the spread of COVID-19 through expanded public vaccination services, improving our community’s health and wellness, elevating hope and advancing healing for all,” said Atrium Health Navicent President and CEO Delvecchio Finley.
Vaccination services are available by appointment at the Family Health Center drive-thru site, 3780 Eisenhower Parkway, and at The Wellness Center, 3797 Northside Drive, in Macon. To make an appointment at either vaccination site, visit www.CovidsafeGA.org or call 478-633-SAFE (7233). Appointments are based on vaccine availability, which is allocated and managed by the state.
Individuals with health questions about being vaccinated are asked to consult with their primary care physician.
