The Cottages at Woodland Terrace in Milledgeville is pleased to announce that Deborah “Lynn” Futch has joined Cottage Resources, LLC, as Executive Director of The Cottages senior-living community, effective February 1, 2021. Lynn will have overall management responsibilities for both independent and assisted living at this community. Nancy Fullilove, current director, has announced her retirement, effective February 28, 2021.

Lynn is a 1992 graduate of Georgia College and State University and has worked in the health care industry in Milledgeville for over 25 years. She most recently served as Admissions and Outreach Director of Chaplinwood Health & Rehabilitation for 19 years. Prior to that she was employed by Oconee Regional Medical Center in the Discharge Planning and Case Management Department. Lynn also founded and led a community health care coalition group for Baldwin County, and has served as an ambassador for the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce.

 The Cottages at Woodland Terrace opened in 2004, as a gated community with one-level patio homes for all-inclusive independent living. Last year, The Cottages opened a new Assisted Living residence with 33 one and two bedroom suites for seniors who need help with routine daily activities.
