SOAR Academy Donation Event Rescheduled for Jan. 11

Two community partners are assisting SOAR Academy in the form of a total donation of $2,100 donation to the school. A check presentation event is scheduled for Monday, January 11, at 11 a.m. at the school, located at 2011 Riverside Drive, and members of the media are invited to attend.
St. Paul AME Church, Inc., will be donating $1,100, and Otis Redding Music, Inc., will be donating $1,000. The purpose of the donation is to fund sweaters with the SOAR Academy logo to be worn as part of the school’s uniform.
