Mayor Miller says JT Ricketson can be 'Bulldog' to Bust Blight as Code Enforcement Director

Mayor Lester Miller says he's recommending JT Ricketson, a former Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent and Bibb County Sheriff candidate, to be the county's "bulldog" to bust blight.
"We need someone who is a real go-getter, somebody who can be a bulldog to an extent," Miller said.
