MGMLS and FMLS Launch Data, Technology and Training Partnership
Monday, August 24th, 2020
Middle Georgia Multiple Listing Service (MGMLS) and First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) have launched an expansive listing partnership that benefits home buyers, sellers and real estate professionals throughout the state of Georgia.
“Today our members have full and direct access to FMLS listings, within a system they are already familiar with,” according to Suzanne Beers, MGMLS’ Executive Director. "And, FMLS members now have access to Macon-area listings within their own MLS platform. This creates an extensive referral network without asking our members to learn a new system. Plus, it really expands the exposure of listings which is a huge benefit to both buyers and sellers in Georgia.”
“The next phase of the agreement, to launch September and October, is the integration of new technology products. FMLS will provide additional software integration to our base platform. Our members will leverage additional products like Cloud CMA, Showing Time, Down Payment Resource, and Remine Pro and Remine Docs+. MGMLS members will receive an enhanced level of training and support through FMLS’ world-class Training Institute, which provides 33 hours of Georgia Real Estate Commission CE-approved courses. They will also have access to the online Knowledge Base from FMLS,” Beers explains.
“We are thrilled to officially launch the new partnership, culminating a year-long collaboration between our companies as well as our software providers,” according to Jeremy Crawford, President and CEO of FMLS.
“With more than 47,000 members, FMLS provides MGMLS members with new tools, training and expanded listing exposure that will help them market and sell properties more efficiently with the goal of closing transactions quicker. On behalf of FMLS, I invite other like-minded organizations in Georgia and beyond to explore similar partnerships to reduce costs and add benefits for their members,” Crawford concludes.
