Total Computer Solutions is proud to announce the hiring of Charlie Waters as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Charlie is experienced in the IT industry and has worked as an IT professional for 22 years, though he’s had a passion for technology from an early age.

Experienced in IT Management

Charlie’s technical experience is a unique blend of software/web development and technology infrastructure design and implementation. His management experience includes IT Director of a local K-12 school system and mid-sized Atlanta and Macon law firm.

Most recently, he served as a Consultant/vCIO and later as VP of Service for a well-established Middle Georgia Managed Service Provider (MSP). As a member of its executive management team, he developed scalable processes and implemented data-driven, results-focused measures of success. This combined experience in problem solving, management, and innovation will prove to be an asset to the TCS team.

Being a family man himself, Charlie takes pride in coming home at the end of every day and primarily being a father and husband. We believe that family comes first, and we’re proud to have brought on a team member who shares in those values.
