The Station at River Crossing, a new construction, multi-story loft-style community, located in Macon, GA, has completed construction and is now open. The luxury community was developed by Piedmont Construction Group and has awarded management to CF Real Estate Services (CF). The Station at River Crossing is the last phase of a larger development started by William P. Thompson, former Principal of TVS Design. The overall plan encompasses adjacent shopping plaza, and serves as the final component of this master plan.

The Station at River Crossing is situated in the heart of North Macon and is located within close proximity to the city’s retail and restaurant district. The 92-unit community completed construction in late 2019 and offers a mix of premium one- and two-bedroom homes ranging from 882 to 1,680 square feet. The community offers 12-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and open concept floor plans. The amenities include a zero-entry saltwater pool, granite countertops, and kitchen islands. The community will also introduce Amazon Hub Systems, a package locker system, leading the market in Macon.
