Navicent Health Launches Online Risk Assessment to Assist with COVID-19 Questions

Navicent Health has launched an online risk assessment tool to assist individuals concerned about their risk for novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Users may access the tool on Navicent Health’s COVID-19 page, located at www.navicenthealth.org. Users may select “COVID-19 Risk Assessment” from the COVID-19 informational pop up.
The risk assessment will ask general screening questions typically asked at one of Navicent Health’s clinical points of entry. Once the assessment is complete, the tool will offer suggestions based on the user’s responses, including
Reviewing any symptoms
When to contact your primary care provider
When to contact one of Navicent Health’s Urgent Care Centers

Navicent Health reminds those in the communities we serve to continue to take measures to protect themselves from COVID-19.
