“Town halls are a great way for me to hear the voice of the Veteran, learn from their perspective, and make adjustments in how we delivery healthcare,” Whitmer said. “Our leadership team has prepared a draft of our five-year strategic plan and an annual set of goals and measurable objectives to present to our Veterans. The purpose of the town hall is to get input from those we serve before we finalize our strategic plan and start its implementation in Fiscal Year 2020.”
