The Macon Economic Development Commission and the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce will host ENGAGE: A Collaborative Talent Conversation, Thursday, August 29, 2019, 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at the Goodwill Anderson Conference Center, 5171 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, GA 31206.

This event will give attendees the opportunity to learn about innovative tools and creative ideas to transform their approach to the workforce challenges they face.

By collaborating with our workforce partners and sharing ideas at ENGAGE, attendees will explore new ways to encourage talent development and implement creative workforce solutions enabling them to build on the momentum that will keep our community vibrant for generations to come.

The keynote speaker is Jamie Jordan, the Director of Programs & Business Services for the Office of Workforce Development at the Technical College System of Georgia. Jamie oversees the WIOA Programs, Business Services, Apprenticeship, and Strategic Populations teams for WorkSource Georgia.
