Colonel Brian R. Moore is the Vice Commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.  He is responsible for assisting the Commander in leading nearly 43,000 Total Force Airmen, executing a $16 billion budget, and managing $26 billion in logistics assets, to deliver combat effects for the immediate and long-term requirements of component and combatant commanders in every area of responsibility. Colonel Moore assists the Commander in leading three Air Logistics Complexes, three Air Base Wings and two Supply Chain Wings in 26 CONUS and OCONUS geographically separated operating locations providing logistics and supply chain operations, supply chain management, depot maintenance and modifications, and sustainment for the nuclear enterprise, in support of joint, interagency, and foreign military sales partners.

Colonel Moore earned his commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Central Washington University. He is fully qualified in two Air Force Specialty Codes to include aircraft maintenance and manpower and personnel, and has held positions at the Wing, Air Staff and Joint Staff levels to include Squadron and Group Command, Air Force A4/7 Executive Officer and Assistant Deputy Director for Joint Strategy and Plans within the JCS J-5.  He is a senior maintainer with experience on E-3, F-117 and F-15 aircraft. Prior to this assignment Colonel Moore Commanded the 552d Maintenance Group where he was responsible for 1,400 personnel in 15 specialties, and the maintenance of the U.S. Air Force E-3 fleet of aircraft.
