Dublin VA to Hold Open House for New Wing March 18th

The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center will hold an Open House on March 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. to the memory care facility known as the Olé Timers Lodge in Bldg. 10. Furniture, fixtures, and décor are in place, and Community Living Center residents will begin occupying the space this month.
The $8.5-million expansion includes 14 individual rooms and common areas decorated to make the area feel like home.
“For these Veterans, the Carl Vinson VA is their home and we want them to feel like they are home,” said Robert F. Reeder, interim medical center director. “They’ve given us so much and we want them to be as comfortable as possible.”
