JMA Architecture recently joined Officials from the City of Warner Robins, Parrish Construction, Bryant Engineering and members of the community to celebrate the Groundbreaking at Deloris Toliver Park.
“This is going to be a wonderful project,” said Jim Mehserle, President of JMA Architecture. “It is our hope that it will serve this community, this city, for many, many years to come.”
The event featured speeches by Warner Robins Mayor, Randy Toms, several Warner Robin’s City Councilmen and community representatives. Also on hand to celebrate the groundbreaking were members of Deloris Toliver’s family. The park is named in honor of Deloris Toliver who tragically lost her life at the young age of 18.
“It is an honor to work on such and exciting project for the community,” stated Michael Turner, JMA Architecture’s Deloris Toliver Park Project Director. “Knowing we get to play a small part in changing the lives of the children that will use this facility is very rewarding.”
This new facility will take approximately 8 months to complete, and will feature a full-size gymnasium, concession stands, and a police precinct.
