Navicent Health to Honor Veterans on November 10th

In celebration of Veteran’s Day, and in order to honor those with prior military service, Navicent Health has planned Veteran’s Day events for employees, patients and the community. The following events are planned for Friday, November 10:
 
Medical Center of Peach County, Navicent Health

- 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

- 1960 Hwy 247 Connector, Byron

- Free lipid profile for U.S. military veterans.

- No appointment necessary for this public event. Please present photo ID.
 
Pine Pointe, Navicent Health

- 10:00 a.m.

- 6261 Peake Road, Macon

- This event will honor hospice and palliative care patients with prior U.S. military service and will include the unveiling of a Veteran’s Honor Wall at Pine Pointe’s in-patient facility.

- This event is not open to the public, but media are cordially invited to attend.
 
The Medical Center, Navicent Health

- 11:00 a.m.

- Luce Heart Institute, 777 Hemlock Street, Macon

- Parking is available in the Orange Parking Deck

- This public event will recognize Navicent Health employees and members of the community with prior military service.

- Featuring Lt. Col. Tracey Sapp, Commander of the 78th Medical Operations Squadron at Robins Air Force Base
