Macon-Bibb County’s Government Center (700 Poplar Street) will again be the site of filming for “The Best of Enemies.” Filming will take place on Saturday, September 23, and will require Poplar Street in front of the building to be closed from 2:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. There will be intermittent road closures at the intersection of D.T. Walton Way and Poplar Street and along First Street during that time; please follow all directions given by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. A map of the road closure is included below.

“The Best of Enemies” previously filmed in and around Governent Center in June and July, and it is just the latest in movies and television shows filmed in Macon-Bibb. Previous productions include Rampage, Brockmire, The Originals, Need for Speed, The 5th Wave, Trouble With The Curve, Fate of the Furious, and 42.
