Vein Specialists of the South and Spa Medical, premiere providers of comprehensive vein care and medical spa services, are pleased to announce the appointment of Phillips Jones as CEO.

Jones joined the organization as CEO in late July. Jones came to Vein Specialists and Spa Medical from a distinguished career as an officer and pilot in the United States Marine Corps. During his time in the Marine Corps, Jones was a leader in several organizations within the Marine Corps, including groups both in the operating forces and service as a Presidential Pilot with Marine Helicopter Squadron One (Marine One). While serving in the operating forces, Mr. Jones led a helicopter squadron’s efforts as lead operational planner and Air Mission Commander.  At Marine Helicopter Squadron One, Jones served as a pilot for both Presidents Obama and Trump.  In addition, Mr. Jones was the Deputy Director of the White House Liaison Office, responsible for strategy and planning of the worldwide logistical movements of Marine One in support of the presidency. Jones holds Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Samford University.

At Vein Specialists of the South and Spa Medical, Mr. Jones will work with both clinical and administrative teams to lead strategic planning, risk management, finance, and project management. His expertise in leadership will help provide a clear vision for growth while delivering the very best customer service that patients expect.
