The TCS Approach: Personal Relationships with Customers
TCS emphasizes strong personal relationships with its customers. The company is proud to have customers who have been with them since the early 1990’s, and view all of its customers as part of the TCS family. It’s important that customers feel just as satisfied with the customer service and personal interactions they receive as they are with the technical services. Too often in this business, the servant-minded and personable approach is ignored – TCS aims to be different.
COO Michael Collins said, “For prospective customers, we want them to know that we are not your average “computer guys” who are often generalized as rude, know-it-all, authoritarians. We’ve had customers who have experienced those types in the past, and they appreciate the TCS contrast.”
One of the ways TCS achieves this is by finding employees who have a servant’s heart in addition to exceptional technical proficiency. The company encourages technical proficiency in the community by awarding a $250 per semester scholarship to an I.T. student at Central Georgia Technical College.
The Company’s Goal: To Help Customers Succeed
At TCS, the primary desire is to see customers succeed and grow. They achieve this desire by successfully adapting to the ever-changing landscape of technology. TCS strives to be a blessing to customers by helping them adapt to current and future technology needs and by providing user-friendly technology solutions.
“As businesses increasingly rely on technology to drive their companies, we will be there to ensure that technology serves them rather than vice versa, and that their technology solutions are as secure as possible,” added Collins. “Those are the top two concerns of our customers, and we only see those concerns growing over the coming years.”
