Lucy Allen, of Sheridan Solomon & Associates, LLC Realtors, is celebrating her tenth anniversary as a full-time Realtor. “Working with sellers to help them prepare their homes from listing to marketing to the closing table and being able to guide buyers through the process of their largest financial life experience has been quite fulfilling, and I can’t imagine doing anything else that could be more enjoyable, challenging and satisfying,” said Allen.

Allen originally got her license in 2002, with the intention of being able to buy and fix houses to flip on a part-time basis. After several years of flipping houses, she began transitioning into working with buyers and sellers, and in 2007 made the leap from her administrative job with a consulting engineering firm to full-time Realtor.

Allen, a lifelong resident of Macon and past ambassador volunteer with the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, works full-time in her hometown, as well as the surrounding Middle Georgia area. During the past ten years she has closed on more than 300 properties, and has a team of lenders, closing attorneys and home inspectors she works with on an ongoing basis.

“I specialize in the needs and concerns of each and every buyer and seller I represent,” concluded Allen, who has been involved with the Intown Macon Neighborhood Association, Historic Macon and the Macon Symphony Orchestra over the years. “I enjoy having great communication lines open to take my clients right to the closing table and beyond.”
