Mr. Kinney focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions. He is originally from La Grange, Tennessee. Mr. Kinney graduated cum laude from Furman University with a B.A. in History in 2012. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2015 with a concentration in Business Transactions. While attending law school, he served as the Managing Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and participated on the school’s Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. Prior to joining the firm, Walker practiced in Knoxville, Tennessee where he gained a broad array of experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as other corporate transactions. Walker currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
