Mr. Sims’ practice focuses on corporate, transactional, banking and bankruptcy matters. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016. While attending law school, he served as the Managing Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and as a Dean’s Ambassador for the school. Mr. Sims was very involved in UGA’s nationally ranked Moot Court program. During his first year, he was a quarterfinalist in the class-wide Richard Russell Moot Court Competition, earning automatic membership into the Moot Court program. He was also a quarterfinalist in the Eugene Talmadge Moot Court Competition, a semifinalist in the Georgia Young Lawyer’s Division Intrastate Moot Court Competition, and was selected to compete in the National Moot Court Competition. During his final year in law school, Mr. Sims was selected as a Pupil in the Lumpkin Inn of Court. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
