Fifth Annual Peach Road Race to Benefit Local Critical Access Hospital March 11th

Medical Center of Peach County, Navicent Health invites central Georgians to participate in the fifth annual Peach Road Race on Saturday, March 11.
 
The race will begin at 8:00 a.m. at MCPC, 1960 Highway 247 Connector in Byron, and participants may choose to compete in a 10.5k or 5k course. Registration is $20 until Thursday, March 9 and $25 on race day. All participants will receive a micromesh shirt, and awards will be given to the top three finishers overall, as well as the top three finishers in various age groups. Immediately following the race, MCPC will host a health fair with free health screenings, health and safety demonstrations, and exhibits from local vendors. The health fair will last until 12:00 p.m. and include free health screenings such as blood pressure, body fat analysis, cholesterol, glucose and vision. For a nominal fee, participants may also obtain a lipid profile, PSA screening and/or Angioscreen.
