Art Barry III began his real estate career 30 years ago as Chairman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry Inc. Art’s specialty is in the industrial sector where he serves on the Coldwell Banker Commercial Industrial Group.  He is a successful recruiter of numerous manufacturers to the State of Georgia mostly in small communities.

Barry serves as the Southeast Region representative of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board. As a member of the Advisory Board, he serves as a liaison for the southeast region, providing updates on the latest developments, policies and services, as well as reporting and proposing actions to resolve any issues.

Barry is a lifetime member of the Society of Industrial/Office Realtors. In this capacity, he is most capable and experienced brokerage practitioner in any market. He is a member of the Georgia Economic Developer’s Association and a lifetime member of the Association of Realtors Roundtable.

Barry has been recognized for several years as one of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s “Top Two”, a designation that is reserved for the elite top two percent of producers from among the almost 3,000 CBC sales professionals world-wide. Additionally, Barry has earned a spot in the company’s Platinum Level
Circle of Distinction.
