In two weeks the Central Georgia Technical College Foundation will deal out its 3rd Annual Pomp & Circumstance: A Casino Night Fundraiser at the Emerson Ballroom in downtown Macon on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

Guests can go “all in” for the black-tie evening, which will feature Blackjack, Texas Hold’em poker, Roulette, and Craps, for a chance at winning prizes. Entry tickets for the event are $50 per person and $85 for a couple, which includes $25,000 in ‘play money.’ Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available.

“Casino Night participants have a great time playing games and enjoying delicious food and lively music,” said Tonya L. McClure, assistant vice president of institutional advancement at CGTC, adding that the evening ends with prize giveaways for vacations, jewelry, spa days, and much more.

“The most satisfying aspect of the event is that all the proceeds generated help sustain the Foundation’s student scholarship fund,” McClure said. “It’s truly a night of fun and philanthropy.”

In addition to ticket sales, the Foundation also seeks sponsors to help support the event. Sponsorship opportunities are still available and rangefrom $250 for table sponsorships to $3,500 for High Roller sponsorships.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the CGTC Foundation for projects such as student scholarships and textbook assistance programs.
