The CW television series ‘The Originals’ is once again set to film in Macon-Bibb County, this time from Tuesday, November 15 through Friday, November 18. They have previously filmed at the Hay House and Grand Opera House. Below are details of the road closures, and attached is a graphic of the traffic plan for Georgia Avenue.
 
Georgia Avenue Closure

The inbound lane of Georgia Avenue between Orange and Spring Streets will be closed to traffic at the below dates and times. This closure gives crews and equipment parking and work areas while they film in identified houses along Georgia Avenue.
 
Tuesday, November 15 * 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, November 16 * 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, November 17 * 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Friday, November 18 * 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
 
Mulberrt Street Lane Closure

Mulberry Street Lane between Second Street and Third Street will be closed to vehicle traffic on the below days and times. This closure will allow crews to load in and set up equipment, film, and take down the equipment. Pedestrians will still be able to access businesses and residences on the filming day.
