Atlanta and Macon based accounting firm, The Robby Group recently announced that Chris Baudler, MBA, MA, was admitted as a Partner in The Robby Group’s Consulting Practice.  The Robby Group, is a full-service accounting and advisory firm located in the Atlanta and Macon markets providing tax planning and compliance, tax credit studies, and consulting services.

Chris Baudler joins The Robby Group as a Partner in the consulting practice, specifically as Leader, People Strategy. His role will be focused on helping clients with issues related to their employee and candidate experience. This includes implementing custom recruiting and retention strategies, developing employer branding, managing strategic organizational change programs, and delivering solutions to drive employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Chris earned his BA in Psychology and MBA in Leadership and Change from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, his MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University, and is a certified six sigma black belt.

Chris Baudler is an expert in creating iconic, passion-driven employer brands.  His background in business and HR strategy, industrial psychology, HR analytics, organizational change, and big data helps clients develop candidate and employee experiences that blow away the competition, and drive engagement, productivity, and retention.

Prior to joining The Robby Group in 2016, Chris was a consultant in State Farm’s Strategic Resources department where he led organizational change and employee engagement initiatives for 42 operation centers and the nationwide agency force. He has also worked in a consulting capacity for numerous Fortune 500, mid-sized, and start-up companies across 13 different industries.
