The full-time social media specialist position requires the following experience:

- Create engaging, thought-provoking, and brand-consistent content and design for a wide range of clients across multiple social media platforms.

- Research the effectiveness and trends of social efforts via Google analytics, social media platform reporting channels, and other software.

- Stay current with trends and tools.

- Review all content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style and grammatical guidelines.

- Create digital strategies for social media clients that include the selection of social platforms and ad placements and consider benchmarking and audience identification.
