Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the second quarter of 2016 are as follows:
 
Matt McDonald, Watson Branch – McDonald is the manager of Robins Financial’s Watson Branch. He has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 5 years and was previously the manager of the Downtown and Zebulon branches. McDonald enjoys being a part of his worship band at church.

Dana McMillan, Collections Department – McMillan is the Recovery and Property Disposal Specialist for Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed with Robins Financial for 4 years and has worked in the Collections Department the entire time. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, reading and traveling.
 
Kirk Ransom, Watson Branch – Ransom is a Member Service Representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. He has been employed with Robins Financial for over 4 years. Ransom enjoys playing golf and having fun with his family.
