Point Fix, LLC Begins Department of Justice IT Helpdesk Project

Point Fix provides virtual helpdesk support to the Department of Justice – Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms users. Our IT support helps ATF field agents effectively manage IT resources which directly impacts their decision making.   Our Tier 1 helpdesk services include resetting passwords, installing applications, setup of network shares, and remote management  all through the REMEDY helpdesk system. On average, we have 50-60 calls per day for a Windows 10 technical refresh project. Point Fix, Director of Operations, Herb MacMillan stated “ we are very excited in supporting the DOJ ATF’s customer. Our goal is providing excellent customer service while positively impacting the mission.”
