Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the first quarter of 2016 are as follows:
 
Monica Johnson, Consumer Lending Department – Johnson is the assistant manager of Robins Financial’s Consumer Lending department. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 23 years. Johnson enjoys spending time with family.

Sharell Ross, Card Services Department – Ross is the Dispute Specialist for Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed with Robins Financial for 12 years and has previously worked in a branch and Call Center. She enjoys spending time with family, sports and sewing.
 
Josh Maddox, Perry Branch – Maddox is a Member Service Representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. He has been employed with Robins Financial for 2 years. Maddox enjoys spending time with family, being active in his church and playing golf.
