Macon-based Companies Whitby Construction, Piedmont Construction Form Partnership

Two Macon-based companies have joined forces.
Whitby Construction, led by Cliffard Whitby, and Piedmont Construction Group Inc., led by Scott and David Thompson, have formed Whitby + Piedmont -- a full-service construction and real estate company, according to a release.
