Are you looking to grow a leaders from within your company?  Could you benefit from deeper connections to and understanding of the different organizations working to bring success to the Perry Area?  If your answer is yes to either of these questions, the Perry Chamber has a program to help.

Through the Perry Leadership Institute, students work through leadership development modules to strengthen their individual leadership style while learning how to work more effectively with others who have different styles.  These modules are taught in conjunction with monthly visits to area governments, businesses, and organizations who join our Chamber in our efforts to Grow Business, Grow Community.  The combination of learning modules and area visits allows participants to grow from within while making connections which grow their effectiveness in our community both personally and professionally.

This program is already growing leaders for our future.  Several alumni of the 2014 class have taken leadership roles in organizations such as Fuller House and the Chamber.  The 2015 class has leaders helping with Heritage Park and establishing a quality of life asset for Perry.
