Tricore Management, LLC adds to its growing list of capabilities and offerings, that of executive leadership and foresight consulting. Dr. Bruce Trask, President of Tricore Management has recently completed his doctoral work in Strategic Leadership and Foresight through Regent University’s school of Leadership and Business out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Dr. Trask emphasizes that “Foresight is a powerful way of strategically looking at your organization, the environment in which it exists and could exist in in the future, and in a quantitative and qualitative way, deals with uncertainty and the impact it can have.”
Dr. Trask has created a curriculum in leadership development that is specifically aimed at the executive level leader and how he/she should approach strategic thinking and foresight. This six month course is divided into six modules, the first three of which are applicable to entry through executive level leaders. Modules four and five focus on leadership at the organizational and global levels respectively. The concluding module provides introductory training in foresight leadership. The result is a leader that can confidently think, act, and influence as a strategic leader at all levels and, rather than just acting on hindsight or insight, is equipped with tools and techniques for acting upon foresight. William S. Burroughs famously stated “The best way to keep something bad from happening is to see it ahead of time... and you can't see it if you refuse to face the possibility.”
