Kole Management Co. recently acquired Century Hills, a 200-unit apartment community in Augusta, and Falls at Spring Creek, a 296-unit apartment community in Macon.
Century Hills, built in 2000, features spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with 9 foot ceilings and washer/dryer connections. The property has select detached garage units and a spectacular clubhouse with a business center and fitness center. It is located one mile from Augusta National Golf Course and less than two miles from shopping centers anchored by Costco, Whole Foods and Fresh Market.
Falls at Spring Creek, built in 1992-1994, offers a variety of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with washer/dryer connections and walk-in closets. The gated community sprawls across nearly 42 acres and features a newly renovated clubhouse with resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center and café lounge with wifi. It’s less than 20 minutes from more than 15,000 jobs offered by Macon’s leading employers and directly adjacent to Macon’s premier town center-style shopping center.
“Century Hills and Falls at Spring Creek represent excellent acquisitions for Kole Management,” said President Jeff Kole. “Both are spacious, well-appointed communities and are located near job centers and top flight shopping in Augusta and Macon.”
